If something goes right for once, maybe there’s a decent signing bonus in it for him. Or, at a very minimum, a way to chart a course through the chaos ahead. If there is one thing Marines are famous for, it’s never quitting. And there is no quit in Mitchell when it comes to Kid and her crew. No matter what it costs him.
