Digital Product Policy

Once a digital product has been successfully purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. Digital downloads are considered final sale because they cannot be retrieved after delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

The customer did not receive the download after payment

The product delivered is different from what was described

If any of these issues occur, customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You purchased the wrong product

You do not have the required software to open the file

You failed to download the product after receiving the download link

Replacement of Files

If a file is damaged, corrupted, or fails to download properly, we will provide a new download link or replacement file at no additional cost.
